Requirements
- Proven experience creating learning or enablement content for Enterprise or B2B audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and narrative flow.
- Experience translating complex technical or product information into accessible outputs.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive).
- Confident in using AI tools as a partner for content creation, iteration, and refinement.
- Strong collaboration habits, including proactive communication and responsiveness to feedback.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for detail.
- Experience in sales enablement, customer enablement, or enterprise L&D is highly valued.
- Experience creating developer enablement or technical training content is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex product narratives and use cases into clear, engaging learning structures.
- Design and develop diverse content assets, including sales playbooks, training decks, job aids, and technical onboarding guides.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate drafting, iteration, and refinement while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate across functions to gather requirements, iterate based on feedback, and ensure instructional soundness.
- Perform rigorous quality checks on accuracy, narrative flow, and technical consistency before delivery.
- Apply adult learning principles to create practical, scenario-based learning content.
