Requirements
- General understanding of security principles and good security practices.
- Experience with Linux environments including command-line interface (CLI) and cPanel.
- Experience with web server technologies such as Apache and NGINX.
- Ability to effectively read and parse server logs.
- Proficiency in DNS configuration to set up and maintain Website Application Firewall.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support via email and chat to Website Security customers.
- Set up and activate Website Application Firewall (WAF), Website Monitoring, and Backup services.
- Test site availability after support interactions to assess and repair configuration issues.
- Provide recommendations to prevent future malware issues, such as password changes, software updates, and removal of outdated backups.
- Monitor Slack communication channels to handle partner issues and respond to urgent escalations from Sales and Marketing teams.
