Requirements
- General understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Linux experience including command line interface (CLI) and cPanel.
- Experience with Apache, NGINX, and other web servers.
- Ability to effectively read and parse server logs.
- Proficiency in DNS configuration.
- Knowledge of PHP and shell scripting/automation is a plus.
- Organizational skills to prioritize and plan work efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support via email and chat to Website Security customers.
- Set up and activate Website Application Firewall (WAF), Website Monitoring, and Backup services.
- Test site availability after support interactions to assess and repair configuration issues.
- Provide recommendations for malware prevention, including password changes, removal of outdated backups, and software updates.
- Monitor slack communication channels to handle partner issues and escalations from Sales and Marketing teams.
