- Minimum 3 years of experience working on healthcare data integration or interoperability projects.
- Practical knowledge of HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR standards.
- Experience performing data mapping between healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare information workflows.
- Ability to define and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Experience with system integration, data exchange, and business process analysis.
- Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across healthcare interoperability and digital health initiatives.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Analyze and document data mappings between source systems and target solutions.
- Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to align requirements.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases, and coordinate system, integration, and UAT testing.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
