Requirements

- Experience navigating Microsoft Office or comparable software platforms while supporting live calls.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement changes to improve performance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment with audited metrics.
- Comfortable handling sensitive personal information.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound phone-based customer service interactions, providing accurate information and first-call resolution.
- Research claims status and routine inquiries, investigating issues and routing complex matters for review.
- Follow up on pended items and ensure documentation is directed to the correct departments.
- Document member and provider interactions accurately and in compliance with privacy requirements.
- Support members and healthcare providers including clinics, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Work consistently against established quality, performance, productivity, and attendance expectations.
- Adapt communication approaches to different audiences while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
