Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar software role.
- Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
- Proven ability to run discovery sessions and translate ambiguous input into structured requirements.
- Proficiency in process mapping and business-level data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Familiarity with Figma and collaborative documentation tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to lead client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.
- Technical literacy to discuss APIs, databases, and system constraints with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, and data definitions.
- Support project sizing by breaking scope into epics and user stories.
- Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Partner with Product Managers to prioritize and groom the backlog.
- Collaborate with UI/UX design in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
- Answer engineering questions during sprints and manage requirements documentation.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and support sprint demos.
- Ensure compliance and security requirements like SOC 2 are captured.
- Communicate scope changes and trade-offs to clients and internal teams.
