Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of professional QA and test automation experience.
- Strong proficiency in functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Experience with automated end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Ability to create and manage test cases, test data, and detailed defect reports.
- Experience with API testing and performance monitoring.
- Experience in cross-browser and mobile testing.
- Demonstrated ability to perform collaborative work and produce clear documentation.
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- French language fluency is a significant asset.
- Nonprofit or education sector experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and automated end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test data, and defect reporting.
- Ensure traceability to acceptance criteria.
- Perform cross-browser, mobile, and permission testing.
- Conduct bilingual parity testing for English and French content.
- Execute API testing and performance checks.
- Coordinate with accessibility and security specialists.
- Support client-led user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.
