Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant QA, software testing, or test automation experience.
- Experience delivering projects in Canada.
- Strong hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and automated end-to-end testing.
- Proven ability to create structured test cases, manage test data, report defects, and maintain traceability against acceptance criteria.
- Experience with cross-browser, mobile, permissions, bilingual parity, API, and performance testing.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical, product, UX/design, content, accessibility, security, and client teams.
- Strong documentation, organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remotely during standard Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute comprehensive functional, integration, regression, and automated end-to-end testing across the digital platform.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test data, defect reports, and traceability to acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate bilingual English/French test coverage and verify parity across both language experiences.
- Conduct cross-browser, mobile, permissions, account, registration, and integration testing to identify functional and usability issues.
- Perform API testing and relevant performance checks, coordinating with accessibility and security specialists where required.
- Support client-led user acceptance testing by preparing test coverage, tracking defects, validating fixes, and supporting release readiness.
- Maintain clear testing documentation and collaborate closely with technical and client teams throughout delivery and handover.
