Requirements
- Experience in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or technical consulting role supporting a sales team.
- Strong technical background in modern application platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native development and containers.
- Experience with hyperscale cloud providers (ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Ability to turn business requirements into technical solutions and scoped SOWs.
- Confident presenter capable of explaining complex technology to technical and executive audiences.
- Self-managed, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current in the practice area.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and marketing events.
Responsibilities
- Support field sales efforts by performing technical qualifications and solutions consulting.
- Collect business and technical requirements to align solutions for customer needs.
- Create scoped Statements of Work (SOW) documents.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert by providing real-time expert guidance to customers.
- Deliver compelling solutions presentations and demos to prospects and customers.
- Assist sales teams with identifying opportunities for new solutions and expansion of existing technologies.
- Provide insight as work transitions from pre-sales to delivery and customer success teams.
- Participate in marketing events, webinars, podcasts, and demo sessions.
