Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and program management.
  • 3+ years of experience securing AI/ML systems in production.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML supply chain, LLM application security, and agentic AI security.
  • Strong knowledge of AI security frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, ISO 5338, OWASP Top 10 for LLM, MITRE ATLAS, and CSA AI controls.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity standards: NIST CSF, CSA CCM, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their native AI security capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with AI security tools, including runtime protection, LLM gateways, and model registries.
  • Demonstrated ability to design AI security architectures for enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing technology consulting or professional services role.
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–35% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements as the Subject Matter Expert for AI security assessment, strategy, and architecture.
  • Translate complex AI security risks into business terms for executive audiences.
  • Develop and evolve AI security reference architectures, standards, and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver secure AI transformation programs.
  • Create enablement materials, delivery playbooks, and training for regional teams.
  • Maintain industry leadership in AI security through publications, speaking engagements, and research.
  • Mentor consultants and staff on AI security judgment and technical leadership.
