Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in software, data, or systems work.
- Proficient in coding and use of AI tools.
- Capability to deliver work independently.
- Attention to detail to spot gaps and ambiguities in system designs.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
- Understanding of system documentation standards for audit/inspection purposes.
- Experience with Django admin and/or relational databases is valued.
- Experience in clinical trials or life sciences is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build assigned studies across the Citrus ecosystem from approved designs, including data collection forms and participant schedules.
- Set up and manage the integrations and data pipelines a study depends on.
- Run quality checks, build validation, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Make approved changes to live studies to keep them accurate and compliant.
- Support the Citrus trial technical support team, owning tickets for data corrections and debugging the platform.
- Build automated and agentic workflows that produce high-quality, compliant data.
- Contribute to the core Citrus codebase under software engineering oversight.
- Provide technical review of Data Architects' designs and flag gaps or ambiguities early.
