Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a UX Designer supporting a web-based application
- 5+ years' experience using design tools including Figma/FigJam to create userflows, prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
- 5+ years' experience conducting user research, testing designs with end users, synthesizing system data, presenting findings to different stakeholder groups, and evaluating designs
- 5+ years' experience developing UX artifacts supporting design research and architecture
- Experience using Atlassian suite of tools in support of large-scale development in a kanban or scrum environment
- Strong understanding of business requirements and how they impact design
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
Responsibilities
- Attend all agile scrum ceremonies.
- Facilitate design research meetings.
- Create designs for new or enhanced features of web applications.
- Work with project stakeholders to update and refine designs based on feedback.
