- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design taste across digital advertising.
- Deep proficiency in Figma.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency with AI platforms to streamline workflow and generate images.
- Experience developing storyboards for motion and video content.
- Comfort managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to different aesthetics, standards, and feedback styles.
- Strong attention to detail and design craft.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Nice to have: Motion design or animation skills (e.g., After Effects).
- Nice to have: Landing page and email design experience.
- Nice to have: Experience in a performance creative or agency environment.
- Nice to have: Experience designing for UI or app-based brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead design output for high-profile clients across static ads, landing pages, and motion storyboards.
- Refine and elevate design work across projects to ensure a high standard of visual excellence.
- Create compelling storyboards and visual frameworks for motion and video content.
- Support creative ideation and contribute to pitch decks for new and existing clients.
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while keeping content fresh and platform-appropriate.
- Collaborate with design pod leads and creative strategists to improve effectiveness and creative quality.
