Requirements
- Extensive professional 3D design experience in an agency, experiential, architectural, or related environment.
- Expert level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and/or Rhino.
- Experience using rendering plugins and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Deep understanding of materials, fabrication methods, environmental design, and real-world performance.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with timelines and technical realities.
- Demonstrable portfolio showing conceptual depth, diverse project experience, and work that has been built.
- Strong spatial instincts and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3D design for major projects, transforming briefs into compelling spatial narratives.
- Develop spatial systems, architectural concepts, and material palettes.
- Create photorealistic renderings that capture atmosphere, lighting, materials, and brand narrative.
- Partner with Creative Directors and Design Directors to shape creative direction.
- Move concepts into production through technical development, fabrication, and installation.
- Collaborate with 2D and Motion Designers to connect spatial design to the larger visual system.
- Lead complex client presentations to communicate spatial concepts.
