Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in the Fintech domain, with a focus on platform development, ERP integrations, or SaaS applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS platform services including ECS, Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB, S3, Bedrock, and Amplify.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Strong database skills, both relational and non-relational.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects from ambiguity to production delivery in a distributed environment.
- Experience designing automated testing solutions for high-consequence business logic.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining custom skills and integrating with Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and support production-grade platform infrastructure and AI product features, including agentic workflows.
- Decompose vague software requirements into staged execution plans to mitigate risk and enhance delivery predictability.
- Establish and maintain robust automated validation and verification discipline for AI models and business logic.
- Refactor fragile path areas and maintain high code quality in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate AI/ML models with existing backend and frontend systems.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through design guidance and code reviews.
- Optimize AWS services including ECS, Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB, S3, Bedrock, and Amplify.
