Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, platform, or AI engineering
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MCP, and API management platforms (e.g., Apigee)
- Production-focused mindset with DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and testing experience
- Familiarity with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing, and AI observability tools such as Arize
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments
- Understanding of networking and security concepts, including VXLAN, MPLS, and Zero-Trust
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses using technologies such as Spark, dbt, Delta Lake, and Parquet
- Familiarity with metadata catalog solutions such as DataHub or Amundsen
- Hands-on experience with NLP, including data preparation, normalization, and transformation
- Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar
- Experience with IAM and secrets management solutions, including Azure AD, SAML, and Vault
- Familiarity with GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, SonarQube, and OWASP ZAP
- Understanding of security and compliance standards, including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and EBA guidelines
Responsibilities
- Drive the technical implementation of AI solutions within the existing enterprise ecosystem
- Translate high-level designs into implementable technical components and architectures
- Design, develop, and integrate production-grade GenAI and agentic capabilities
- Build scalable and reliable services using modern software engineering practices
- Collaborate with Solution Designers, Tech Leads, and Engineers to resolve technical challenges and accelerate delivery
- Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, toolchains, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes
- Support other engineers by removing technical blockers and promoting best practices
- Contribute to MLOps, deployment automation, monitoring, and operational readiness
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and technical decision-making
