Job Details

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (including complex JOINs, window functions, and aggregations).
Experience in data processing, automation, and advanced analysis of large-scale datasets.
Hands-on experience implementing RAG solutions and managing vector databases or indices (e.g., pgvector in Cloud SQL or Vertex Vector Search).
Ability to monitor and evaluate AI system metrics like hallucination rates, prediction latency, and responsible AI filters.
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and growth modeling for high-volume datasets.
Proven experience in data visualization and presenting actionable business insights.
Ability to explain LLM technical concepts (pre-training vs. fine-tuning, LLM vs. traditional ML) to non-technical audiences.
Experience managing strategic client projects, including requirements gathering and project scheduling.
B2 level English proficiency and C1 level Polish proficiency.

Design and deploy data pipelines to ingest large volumes of conversation data using API-based analysis and Cloud Storage.
Develop topic modeling and data extraction solutions to identify customer issues and business trends.
Build and refine predictive models for sentiment analysis and agent performance metrics.
Configure analytics dashboards and export conversation data to BigQuery for SQL analysis.
Manage production-ready API integrations including rate limiting, retry logic, and latency control.
Implement data masking for PII protection using Cloud DLP API.
Gather client requirements and manage delivery timelines for AI pilot projects.
Communicate complex LLM and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
