- Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or expert role.
- Proficiency in Python and software development best practices.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Knowledge of designing scalable and secure systems.
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of distributed and integration architecture patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and cloud environments.
- Professional English proficiency (min. B2/C1) for daily collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern software solutions using Python and AI technologies.
- Architect systems that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Conduct requirements analysis and design solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams on end-to-end project delivery.
- Create technical documentation and recommend industry best practices.
- Provide mentoring and technical support to team members.
- Participate in solution presentations and technical consultations with clients.
