Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering.
- Very good knowledge of Python.
- Experience in designing and building production systems and backend solutions.
- Practical experience with GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience in system integration via APIs and working with distributed architecture.
- Knowledge of performance, reliability, security, and system observability.
- Experience working with cloud services and modern software engineering practices.
- Practical knowledge of English at a minimum B2/C1 level for daily communication.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks (Nice to have).
- Knowledge of the Agentic AI ecosystem and modern agent orchestration patterns (Nice to have).
- Experience with .NET platforms and integrating AI services in enterprise environments (Nice to have).
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and real-time systems (Nice to have).
- Experience with system monitoring and observability solutions (Nice to have).
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and data security (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions based on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG.
- Create and develop workflows utilizing LLM models and multi-agent architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and platforms.
- Design and develop APIs and backend services supporting AI solutions.
- Build high-quality solutions incorporating testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define architecture and the development direction of AI platforms.
- Provide substantive support and mentoring to other engineers on the team.
