Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Solution Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
- Proven experience delivering Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives within production-facing systems.
- Strong technical fluency to effectively collaborate with developers and solution architects.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret data models, mappings, and reconciliation requirements.
- Deep understanding of relational databases, data warehouse structures, and reporting patterns.
- Technical knowledge of REST APIs, interface contracts, and validation/error handling.
- Familiarity with messaging and event-driven architecture concepts.
- Ability to work with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Experience defining non-functional requirements including security, performance, and operational readiness.
- Experience working in Agile or structured SDLC environments using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Financial services domain experience is highly desirable.
- English language proficiency (B1 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical analysis for Risk and Product Control change initiatives from scope definition to implementation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and solution designers to translate requirements into functional specifications, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current and target-state business processes, system flows, and data controls.
- Produce high-quality analysis artefacts including user stories, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
- Support testing activities including functional, integration, UAT, and post-release validation.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
