Requirements
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory reporting processes and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of banking products, systems, processes, and financial data.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements analysis and engineering.
- Experience in business process modelling and process optimization.
- Ability to analyze and translate regulatory requirements into clear business and data requirements.
- Understanding of reporting rules, validation logic, and supervisory requirements.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with financial and reporting data.
- Understanding of data warehouse concepts and reporting solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2 level).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement new business and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Translate regulatory reporting rules and validation logic into clear business and data requirements.
- Support regulatory remediation activities and ensure alignment with supervisory expectations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual, file-based processes and reduce manual adjustments.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Analyze banking and financial data using SQL.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of data warehouse and reporting solutions.
- Model and optimize business processes using established techniques.
- Translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
- Maintain requirements documentation in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.
