Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Lead Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience delivering Change-the-Bank (CTB) initiatives within production-facing systems.
- Technical fluency to collaborate with and challenge senior developers, principal engineers, and solution designers.
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to write or interpret SQL and validate complex data mappings.
- Understanding of relational databases, data warehouse structures, and data consumption patterns.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, interface contracts, and request/response validation.
- Familiarity with messaging, event-driven architectures, and structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
- Experience defining non-functional requirements including performance, security, and auditability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or structured SDLC environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical analysis across Risk and Product Control initiatives from scope definition to implementation.
- Work with engineers and solution designers to create functional specifications, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze business processes, system flows, and data dependencies to ensure operational readiness.
- Produce high-quality analysis documentation including user stories, test scenarios, and implementation plans.
- Support comprehensive testing cycles including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
- Define business rules, validation logic, reconciliation requirements, and audit evidence expectations.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure project timelines are met.
