Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects with budgets exceeding 1 million EUR.
- Experience working in public administration, defense, or international organizations.
- Proficiency in BPMN and workflow systems, approval processes, and case management.
- Knowledge of data migration analysis, data discovery, and mapping.
- Technical understanding of system integrations, REST API, OAuth, OIDC, and SSO.
- Experience with Agile Product Discovery, User Stories, backlog management, and UAT.
- Very good English proficiency (C1 level or certificate/preparedness to obtain).
- Higher education degree (minimum Level 6/Bachelor's).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze and model business processes and workflows.
- Support data migration processes, including source analysis and mapping definitions.
- Define and analyze system integrations, API requirements, and authentication mechanisms.
- Prepare User Stories, manage backlog, and participate in Sprint Planning and UAT.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams in an international environment.
- Design solutions for Knowledge Management, Enterprise Search, and metadata management.
