Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a business-systems analyst role.
- Experience in the banking or finance sector.
- Strong SQL skills for database design and data structure verification.
- Proficiency in UML for documenting and specifying system requirements.
- Practical experience in process modeling using BPMN.
- Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server (nice to have).
- Experience with PL/SQL (nice to have).
- Experience with REST APIs in the context of system integration analysis (nice to have).
- Experience with Jira for task management and requirements tracking (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders from business, architecture, IT, and security teams.
- Participate in coordination meetings and clarify requirements during project implementation.
- Write technical specifications for implementation teams, detailing system behavior, business rules, and exception handling.
- Map data flows between systems and define how information is translated.
- Design and verify transactional data structures to ensure consistency.
- Diagnose system issues and data discrepancies when results deviate from expectations.
