Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT business analysis.
- Strong client-facing experience in gathering requirements and proposing solutions.
- Proven track record in both business and system analysis.
- Proficiency in process modeling using UML and BPMN.
- Experience creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to assess requirement feasibility and collaborate with technical teams.
- Knowledge of AI prompt engineering for analytical processes.
- Fluent in Polish (C2 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and translate business and system requirements into concrete solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure clear communication.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
- Model business processes and maintain project documentation at both business and system levels.
- Design and document integration solutions, including APIs, data mapping, and system workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to refine requirements and ensure quality.
- Independently lead analytical tasks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support analytical work using AI tools, including prompt engineering for prototyping.
