Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Practical experience with ServiceMAX (SMAX), Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate needs into functional requirements.
Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause identification.
Experience working in cross-functional teams within IT and business organizations.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Fluent in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.

Gather, analyze, define, and refine business requirements for Technical Services initiatives with a focus on ServiceMAX.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
Investigate and support the resolution of technical issues related to ServiceMAX.
Identify and implement process improvements within ServiceMAX, Salesforce, and SAP.
Support solution design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Lead the definition and implementation of a service opportunity management process in SMAX/SFDC.
Create and maintain business process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with cross-functional teams.
