Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT.
Minimum 5 years of project experience in a similar position or profile.
Hold at least 2 internationally recognized certifications such as CBAP, Certified UML Professional (foundation), or BPM 2 fundamental level.
Demonstrable experience going through at least one full software solution lifecycle.
Proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN notation.
Expertise in requirement elicitation, analysis, and user stories.
Knowledge of analytical and modeling notations including UML (capability, activity, state, and logical data model diagrams).
Proficiency in modeling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation.
Proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint-specific tools.
English language proficiency at C1 level.
Polish language proficiency at C2 level.

Model and document business processes, roles, competencies, data, and value chains.
Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories while supporting business experts and Product Owners.
Manage requirements and user stories throughout the software development lifecycle and prepare business requirements specifications.
Analyze systems, identify solutions, and assist in creating business cases and feasibility studies.
Design, validate, and test business processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support change management, organizational change planning, and the preparation of business architecture transformation roadmaps.
