Job Details

Experience in a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst role in IT project delivery.
Practical experience in business analysis, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Experience in business process modeling and preparing functional specifications.
Ability to define data models and describe business logic.
Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in Polish (C1 level).
Experience with measurement data, monitoring systems, automation, or IoT projects (nice to have).
Experience working with Machine Learning teams or implementing ML solutions (nice to have).
Knowledge of data quality monitoring and control systems (nice to have).

Analyze business processes related to the monitoring and control of hydrotechnical devices.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with subject matter experts, users, and the project team.
Model business and decision processes, including data quality monitoring, prediction, and control.
Prepare functional specifications for development and Machine Learning teams.
Define data models and requirements for device configuration, business rules, and measurement data storage.
Describe the business logic of rule-based algorithms, including data quality monitoring and control rules.
Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to translate business needs into requirements for ML models.
Analyze new types of hydrotechnical objects and define requirements for their configuration and system handling.
