Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN or APP license
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a nurse
- Experience reviewing clinical documentation
- 1-2 years of direct experience with fertility/REI, obstetric, or gynecologic documentation
- Familiarity with ART/IVF cycle records, donor and gestational carrier screening, or prenatal and delivery documentation
- Experience in quality assurance, chart audit, peer chart review, or clinical abstraction
- Comfortable interpreting clinical notes across different specialties
- Proficiency in independently adopting new platforms and tools
- In possession of a personal laptop or desktop computer
Responsibilities
- Review completed case documentation and labeling against clinical guidelines
- Verify abstracted data against source records for accuracy and safety
- Correct labeling and abstraction errors
- Flag documentation that is ambiguous, incomplete, or clinically inconsistent
- Review AI-processed documentation for quality and safety
- Abstract key clinical data from medical records as needed
