Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, nursing or a related field
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales, consulting, staffing, workforce solutions or health-system partnerships
- Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to hospitals, health systems or other healthcare organizations
- Proven ability to establish relationships with senior executives and influence decisions across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, labor economics, workforce strategy and the challenges facing providers
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
- Ability to translate complex workforce challenges into clear, compelling business solutions
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market and nationally as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market-development strategies that drive new business, revenue growth and long-term client partnerships
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in nursing, human resources, finance, operations, supply chain, workforce management and clinical services
- Identify healthcare organizations experiencing challenges related to labor costs, staffing shortages, contingent workforce utilization, recruitment, retention, scheduling or workforce capacity
- Lead consultative discovery meetings, executive presentations, demonstrations, proposal development and customer negotiations
- Partner with Business Development to develop executive-level business cases that demonstrate measurable value
- Monitor healthcare labor-market trends, competitive activity, regional workforce dynamics and emerging client needs
- Represent Aya at healthcare conferences, executive forums, industry events and strategic networking opportunities
