Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in loan operations, deal operations, order management, or fintech operations.
- Proven experience coordinating information and documents across internal teams and external clients.
- High attention to detail regarding document accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and identify bottlenecks.
- Experience or interest in using automation or AI tools in operational workflows.
- Experience with Risk, Legal, or Capital Markets functions is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM-embedded operations workflows is preferred.
- Background in lending, leasing, or equipment finance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the full order lifecycle including order creation, payment link setup, document tracking, and delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with Risk, Capital Markets, and GTM teams to gather and validate deal requirements.
- Execute proactive outreach to clients and sales teams to resolve bottlenecks and secure pending documents.
- Document and diagnose recurring process friction to recommend fixes and product improvements.
- Maintain operational playbooks and documentation for team scaling and AI agent context.
- Track funnel health metrics such as time-to-fund and document turnaround to surface blockers.
