Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation roles, ideally at a data infrastructure or B2B SaaS company.
- Deep SQL fluency with proficiency in Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Expertise in query performance optimization and warehouse cost management.
- Strong systems thinking ability to reason about identity graphs and architecture trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ability to perform systematic debugging and hypothesis testing on complex data sets.
- Strong consultative communication skills for discovery calls and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience directing and scrutinizing AI-generated code to ensure production-level accuracy.
- Prior experience with identity resolution, MDM, or CDP products (e.g., Segment, Amperity, Reltio) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graph data structures and probabilistic matching or ML-based identity systems is a plus.
- Comfortable conducting customer-facing presentations and on-site meetings.
Responsibilities
- Pair with architects to define IDR rules and data models that support specific customer use cases.
- Assess customer data landscapes, maturity, and potential implementation gaps during pre-sales phases.
- Debug identity discrepancies, missing data, and merging issues by analyzing SQL and server logs.
- Advise customers on warehouse-native identity resolution behavior and data processing nuances.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Support Engineering, and Technical Account Management.
- Advocate for product improvements based on recurring customer issues and technical gaps.
- Leverage and manage coding agents to accelerate development and maintain high-quality internal tools.
