Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated leadership in people coaching, team coordination, or cross-functional project leadership.
- Understanding of how order entry decisions impact billing, revenue, collections, and reporting.
- Knowledge of control implications in order-to-cash processes.
- Experience leading UAT or system-change readiness, including test planning and defect triage.
- Strong operational judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain quality and clarity under month- and quarter-end pressure.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day order processing from contract review and order entry through invoicing.
- Manage, coach, and develop offshore employees and a Senior Order Management Analyst.
- Establish review standards, monitor error trends, and implement process improvements to ensure team quality.
- Lead Order Management UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases.
- Coordinate support for month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations and accruals, while maintaining SOX controls.
