Requirements
- Extensive, multi-year experience as a Project Manager in complex, custom software development projects.
- Demonstrated experience in C-level stakeholder management with enterprise clients.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and traditional fixed-scope/fixed-price project frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and procedural risks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first professional environment.
- Must be currently living in the Netherlands.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Previous experience in the media sector is considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, organization-wide IT and cross-platform software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Build sustainable relationships with enterprise clients and provide C-level advisory on project priorities and resources.
- Motivate and manage multidisciplinary, remote-working development teams including Android/Kotlin, iOS/Swift, and backend specialists.
- Monitor and control project frameworks regarding scope, time, and budget using the company's Assured Delivery Process.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, such as app store guidelines and hardware integrations.
- Support the growth of existing client accounts by advising on digital transformation strategies.
