Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship (required for DoD contract).
- Ability to receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS).
- Bachelor's degree.
- 10 years of experience in Federal Government contracting.
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Certification required: FAC-C, DAWIA, CPCM, or CFCM.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
- In-depth knowledge of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
- Knowledge of Small Business Program requirements.
- Knowledge of Change Order Proposal requirements.
- Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload.
- Ability to work from a dedicated space to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract management, compliance, subcontract administration, procurement oversight, and ethics and compliance functions.
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple Federal Government programs.
- Ensure government contracts, subcontracts, and purchasing activities are administered according to regulatory requirements.
- Manage small business commitments and compliance programs.
- Oversee change order proposal requirements and contract lifecycle management.
