Job Details

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant professional work experience equivalent.
7+ years of professional experience within Talent Acquisition teams.
2+ years of experience leading or acting as a manager, lead, or coach.
Hands-on experience with AI tools for optimizing recruitment workflows.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working with US-based business teams.
Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Ability to work overnight hours (7:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST) for US EST overlap.
Home workspace with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speeds.
Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise-level ATS is highly preferred.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of TA Coordinators, including hiring, performance management, and staffing/capacity planning.
Own the TA Coordination strategy and roadmap, setting team goals and KPIs and reporting progress to leadership.
Personally own scheduling and coordination for critical/high-priority searches across North and South America.
Identify, pilot, and implement AI and automation tools to streamline interview experiences.
Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, and Legal on process and tooling changes.
Represent TA Coordination within the TA leadership team, contributing an operational lens to talent strategy.
Collaborate on recruiting projects within Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, and Operations.
