Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (at least 4 years).
- 7+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting teams.
- At least 2 years of experience managing, leading, or coaching team members.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude or Copilot for recruiting operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise-level ATS is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with or supporting US-based business teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work fully aligned with US Eastern Time (7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST).
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators through performance management and professional development.
- Define and own the Talent Acquisition Coordination strategy and roadmap with clear KPIs.
- Manage hands-on scheduling and coordination for high-priority North and South American business searches.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered and automated solutions to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and optimize existing recruiting tools.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, and Legal on process and technology improvements.
- Develop scalable solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies.
