Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Associate of Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
- MAAA certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Three or more years of Pricing, Medicare and/or Part D experience (preferred)
- SAS/SQL/R/Databricks programming experience (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI dashboards (preferred)
- Experience with model building and exploratory analysis (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Set pricing assumptions to support Medicare Part D bids.
- Develop and maintain pricing tools for standard and custom benefits.
- Maintain drug utilization trend projections to support pricing, forecasting, and bid development.
- Analyze historical claims, utilization patterns, and market dynamics to forecast future utilization.
- Collaborate with pricing, forecasting, clinical, pharmacy, formulary, and finance teams.
- Monitor external factors such as new drug launches, loss of exclusivity, and regulatory impacts.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership.
