Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience in Operations supporting claims administration.
- 2 years of project management experience including large-scale projects.
- Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
- Ability to successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS).
- Self-provided internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Ability to work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions.
- Occasional travel for training or meetings.
Responsibilities
- Support the stand-up and implementation of a new VA CCN Contract.
- Establish the operational framework, processes, and controls for contract execution.
- Partner across multiple teams to identify and implement process improvement solutions.
- Enhance performance across claims and financial services operations.
- Monitor and oversee claims and financial inventory.
- Implement workflow enhancements and operational controls.
