Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in at least one of: Solutions or Sales Engineering, Business Analyst, or Product team (implementation or customer-facing).
- Experience in BI or data platform work across multiple tools or industries.
- Demonstrated experience using AI to solve business problems.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and perform effective discovery to define business issues.
- Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings and asking clarifying questions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own product feedback and implementation of real-customer solutions end-to-end.
- Engage with customers in live conversations to understand business issues.
- Conduct discovery and connect insights to create solutions.
- Build solutions in offline environments.
- Collaborate closely with the San Francisco team.
