Requirements

  • Professional experience in Product Management, Vendor Management, Technical Sales, or a related commercial/product function.
  • Experience with Business Applications such as payment tools, training platforms, file or documentation management, email signature management, legal support, accounting, automation, RPA, e-signature, or ERP.
  • Experience with SMB/MSP-focused AI products (e.g., automation or help desk solutions).
  • Exposure to Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Cloud services, VARs, or distributors.
  • Experience within a Cloud marketplace or distribution model is a strong asset.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen, including an understanding of pricing, margins, profitability, and business trade-offs.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly, absorb complex information, and make decisions using imperfect or incomplete data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage frequent context switching across multiple relationships, priorities, and initiatives.
  • Confidence and credibility when representing an organization with senior-level vendors and strategic partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Native-level or fluent English proficiency is required.
  • French proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall performance of the assigned product portfolio, including P&L, profitability, pricing, positioning, growth, market relevance, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and manage strategic vendor relationships, including negotiations, escalations, senior-level communications, and alignment with marketplace strategy.
  • Identify and help onboard strategically significant vendors while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Drive go-to-market execution by partnering with Marketing on product messaging, campaigns, and launches.
  • Support Sales with pricing decisions, positioning, product expertise, deal strategy, and complex commercial opportunities.
  • Identify operational friction, process gaps, and inefficiencies, then develop practical solutions and balance immediate fixes with longer-term improvements.
  • Coordinate and align Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance, and Platform teams around portfolio priorities and business objectives.
  • Shape product strategy and portfolio direction using market insights, commercial considerations, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, business reviews, and special initiatives while communicating decisions and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
