Requirements
- Knowledge of the Magento 2 catalog environment.
- Knowledge of the WooCommerce catalog environment.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, including Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of task management systems like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to work with large data sets over long periods.
- Ability to delegate rote tasks to virtual assistants and be accountable for their work.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and add products and associated data like pricing, images, and descriptions to online stores.
- Manage accurate product pricing on front-end stores and cost data within the ERP system.
- Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to complete tasks by their due dates.
- Curate product data and optimize merchandising for marketing and promotions.
- Manage virtual assistants to complete rote or repeating tasks.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding product updates.
