Requirements
- 8–15 years of overall software development experience with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
- Excellent programming experience with C# and ASP.NET.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
- Experience developing Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, views, and business rules.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, security roles, solutions, and deployment processes.
- Experience with SQL Server and relational database concepts.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications based on business and functional requirements.
- Develop custom CRM functionality, plugins, workflows, business rules, entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Build scalable and maintainable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Dynamics CRM development frameworks.
- Develop and customize applications using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps.
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance improvements.
- Participate in CRM upgrades, deployments, testing, production support, and release management.
- Prepare technical documentation covering solution architecture, customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.
