Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer or in a comparable role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), or both.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and APIs for enterprise integration.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices.
- Experience with data modeling, system integrations, workflows, and enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Experience working with cloud-based solutions and complex enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.
- Build and configure Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop custom extensions and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, scheduling, and other business platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, investigate defects, and implement solutions that maintain system stability.
- Support application lifecycle management, including deployments, upgrades, patches, and ongoing enhancements.
- Apply security best practices and data protection requirements throughout solution design and development.
- Document technical designs, system configurations, integrations, and other relevant implementation details.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability as business requirements evolve.
