Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, including ownership of a shipped B2B SaaS product.
- Mortgage industry experience and knowledge of loan officer workflows.
- Track record of managing one product across web, mobile, or embedded platforms to ensure parity.
- Experience running customer interviews, discovery programs, or formal feedback loops.
- Ability to own a product roadmap independently as an individual contributor.
- Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with engineers, leadership, and customers.
- Good judgment in ambiguous situations, including building structure and adapting based on data.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product manager for Presentations, MC Desktop, the Mobile App, and RateWatch.
- Gather feedback, write specs, run sprints, and iterate on features using usage data and customer input.
- Map platform consistency across surfaces and close gaps to ensure a unified product experience.
- Turn strategic priorities into a sequenced roadmap and manage execution.
- Run structured discovery and feedback programs with loan officers.
- Keep product, engineering, and design teams aligned on timelines and KPIs.
- Manage trade-offs, capacity, and delivery risks while proactively communicating with stakeholders.
