Requirements
- B.S. degree.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or communications.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to execute independently.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, or content programs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, scientific, sales, and marketing teams.
- Experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or another technical B2B environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Monday, Notion, and Canva is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of marketing and social media content, coordinating with Marketing Directors, the Art Manager, and Science team.
- Manage the social media calendar and support the execution and deployment of content across LinkedIn and other priority channels.
- Coordinate creative assets, content reviews, approvals, and campaign deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Support growth and demand-generation initiatives across email, newsletters, digital, and social channels, ensuring HubSpot tracking and monitoring.
- Assist with campaign targeting, audience segmentation, lead management, and conversion programs.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve execution and engagement.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate larger initiatives, such as product launches, across teams.
- Support Sales with marketing initiatives, enablement assets, and related commercial activities.
