Requirements
- Strong UX/UI design skills for iOS, Android, and web.
- Proven experience designing for various interaction forms including voice, VR, and AR.
- Ability to articulate design rationale clearly and effectively in English.
- Strategic thinking capability to connect design decisions with business needs.
- Experience in the full design process from discovery to delivery.
- Proficiency in creating annotated mockups and UI specifications.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with product managers and developers.
- Ability to adapt communication for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in group ideation and collaborative design sessions.
- Plan research for new projects and interpret data for design audits.
- Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing.
- Articulate design rationale to internal and external audiences.
- Create design documentation and specifications for developer handoff.
- Drive and execute creative multi-platform experiences from concept to delivery.
