Requirements
- 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and design systems.
- Deep knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability testing workflows.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals.
- Experience iterating designs based on product data and user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile.
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
- Run A/B tests on user flows and interactions to improve engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams to provide design specs and documentation.
- Ensure designs align with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
