Requirements
- Active Arizona license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or strong interest in this population.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong clinical judgment.
- Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms.
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide family education and care coordination.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
- Deliver culturally responsive care.
