Requirements
- Senior-level, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with expertise in lead generation.
- Demonstrated experience managing $10K+ monthly ad spend with measurable results.
- Advanced knowledge of campaign setup, testing, optimization, scaling, retargeting, and audience strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to operate independently and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reside and be based in the United States.
- Strong work history and evidence of stability in prior roles.
- Experience with GoHighLevel (preferred).
- Experience generating leads for digital marketing agencies or B2B services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own Meta Ads Manager strategy and execution across the agency and its owned brands.
- Build, launch, test, optimize, scale, and troubleshoot lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Manage Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementation and troubleshooting.
- Improve landing pages, lead funnels, forms, and conversion paths.
- Create SOPs for campaign setup, launches, optimization, scaling, tracking, QA, and troubleshooting.
- Build reporting dashboards and communicate performance insights to leadership.
- Manage campaign creative strategy across hooks, angles, offers, and messaging.
